Trinity UMC is receiving special “extra mile” donations to support the 2025 general budget deficit for operating expenses. These gifts go beyond regular giving, providing crucial funding for Trinity’s continued work in the community.
As a Thank You for Your Support
To express our gratitude, we are offering a special gift with your donation of $200 nor more. Each cross is a unique work of art, lovingly crafted from the original pews of the Trinity sanctuary, which has stood as a beacon of faith since 1949. Handcrafted by Marc Werner, these beautiful crosses are approximately 6″ x 4″ in size and come in a variety of colors and three distinct styles to choose from.
Donation Details
With a donation of $200 or more you may choose one cross from three standard designs
(colors will vary)
Select Your Cross and Donation: Simply enter your donation amount (minimum $200). The cross will be reserved for you for five business days.
Limited Availability: There are limited designs, so if your selected design isn’t available, we may substitute it with another. (colors will vary)
Payment Options
You can pay via:
- Check (mailed or brought to the office).
- Online payment (be aware there’s a fee for credit card transactions).
If payment is not received within 5 business days, your cross may be unreserved (depending on demand).
Cross Delivery
Once payment is made, your cross will be waiting for you, or we will mail it to out of state
donors.
- In-Person Pickup: If you donate on line, your cross will be set aside and held in the office until you pick it up.
- If you prefer, you can pay (check or cash) and pick up your cross at the church the same day in person. Please contact the church office prior to your visit to arrange a time with Kathryn, our church secretary. office@trinityumc.info or 205.759.4206.
- Out-of-State: If you’re out of state, the cross can be mailed to you after payment is received. Just mention this in the notes when making your order.
